Soot Busters are a local Bath based stove installer and chimney sweep company, here to cover all your chimney needs. INSTALLATIONS
We are HETAS trained and registered in stove installations on their Competent Persons Scheme. Unlike most other stove installers we are also a professional sweeping company, meaning we can do the entire work from sweeping through to installing and commissioning.
BUILDING WORK
We repair or replace chimney stacks, repair or replace chimney pots, fit or replace bird guards and other types of cowls & caps. We fit lintels, constructional hearths, decorative hearths. And constuct metal twin wall chimney systems. We are fully insured and our workmanship is guaranteed.
CHIMNEY SWEEPING
We use the latest power sweeping equipment, guaranteed to sweep your chimney or flue better than traditional sweeping. You also receive a certificate of proof of sweeping and a smoke draw test included in the price. We also (Where applicable) use high tech wireless HD CCTV cameras to inspect chimney stacks and stove liners, we carry moisture metres to test your fuel. And of course we’ll give you advice on how to get the best out of your stove. In addition we clean and polish your stove or fireplace. We also remove birds nests and use the best professional nest busting equipment. We rescue plenty of birds too!
WORK RADIUS
We generally cover a 20 mile radius in and around Bath, for sweeping and other smaller jobs. And 30 miles for stove installations.
